By confirming this request, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement:

1. I have a legal right to use any reference stated or provided to Stone Horses. I have a legal right (permission from the legal owner of the horse) to use these images and/or to have a likeness created of this animal.

2. I understand and agree that the Peter Stone Company is not responsible for any liability based on the negligence or omission of the submitting party.

3. I understand that any colors, patterns, or designs used in creating this custom order remain the property of The Peter Stone Company and that they will not duplicate this design in whole but reserve the right to utilize portions of design.

4. I agree the Peter Stone Company reserves the right to decline any submission and that any pictures or other references physically mailed to them may not be returned.

5. I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order.

6. I understand and agree that my portrait model is hand-crafted, and will take an undetermined amount of time to create.

7. When the model is nearing completion, I will be notified and any remaining balance will be due before the model is shipped to me.

Send as many references as you like. Be sure to show pictures where the hooves are visible.  We ask to see full left, right, and face pictures, plus any other pictures you feel relevant.  Pictures taken in direct sunlight are best for color matching.  We can never have too much reference.  Any distinguishing marks, brands, scars that you want replicated will need specific reference.

And be sure the name on the email is the same name as on the submission form to prevent delays and errors.
