Shipping Times

• Models ordered together are shipped together as soon as all models have been completed or released.
• Please take shipping times into consideration when placing your order. To avoid a wait for ready-to-ship models, we recommend that you order them separately from models with future release/completion dates.
• Show models are released at the show they're made for. Pre-orders for show models begin shipping the week following the show.
• Shipping dates are indicated in the model description.
• Actual colors may vary. These are hand painted and variation is natural.
  

US Shipping

• In the US, we ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
• Tracking numbers are emailed by the shipping provider when your package is shipped.

US Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated when you checkout based on the total weight of models ordered.
• Please note if you are pre-ordering models to be picked up at a show, shipping charge will be applied to your order. Please pay the total amount due including shipping and we will refund the shipping charge when your order is processed.

International Buyers

• Shipping charges are calculated when you checkout based on the total weight of models ordered.
• All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Please provide an appropriate shipping address.
• Tracking numbers are emailed by the shipping provider when your package is shipped.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. These charges are normally collected when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' since US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• We have no control over the amount of time it takes for your package to clear customs. Please allow extra time, especially near the holidays.

Returns - Domestic Customers

• Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.
• If an item has been damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately for a return authorization.
• Send the model with a return form to:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Returns received without a completed and signed return form will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.
• Items purchased in-person, from a third party, or returned after the 7 day return period are not eligible for return.
• Stone Horses reserves the right to make the final determination regarding any returned model.
  

Repairs and Exchanges

• The customer is responsible for returning the item. The item will be returned to you at no charge.
• Please note that the repair process may alter the appearance of the model and repairs are not 100% guaranteed. Please allow 6-8 weeks for repairs to be completed.
  

Return for Refund

• Returns for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  

Returns - International Customers

• The scale of our models range from the smallest, called Stone Chips (standing 2-3 inches tall) to our mid-size models called Pebbles (standing 4-6 inches tall) to the full-size models, our largest scale which can stand from 7 to 11 inches tall.
